DC Fast Charging In Grand Rapids; Part Three!

We couldn’t be happier to report that there are more charging stations in Grand Rapids! The Meijer at 5531 28th St. SE has installed a pair of 125kW Chargepoint DC fast chargers. In addition to the rapid charging, they have also added 4 level 2 chargers, good for adding several miles during your long shop. Level 2 chargers are especially great for any PHEV drivers that might want to charge while shopping as well, without blocking the DC spots from any pure electrics that may need them. These stations join the existing Tesla Supercharger location that has been at this particular Meijer for several years now. Between the proliferation of charging stations, and their order of Tesla Semi’s, Meijer seem to be embracing an EV future. Good for them, and for us!
