Dec 1 FullyCharged Rides the NIU Electric Scooter

The NIU is a scooter that I have been keeping an eye on for quite some time. They have a partnership with Genuine Scooters here in the US, but I have yet to find a shop near me that carries the brand. Which is a real shame, I am a bit of a scooter fan, and would love to take one for a spin. Despite costing less than half of a new Vespa Elettrica, this a vehicle that I would cross shop, were I in the market for two wheels.
