Baby Land General Hospital - My Family Car Road Trip 2013

On Tuesday, we visited the home of the Cabbage Patch Kids, Baby Land General Hospital. Admission is free, plan on spending two hours or so, as there is plenty to see both inside and out, and there is a very nice picnic area off the parking lot. During our time there, we got to witness the "birth" of a healthy baby girl, and "adopted" an exclusive doll of our own. The process is adorable, after my daughter chose her doll, we filled out an adoption form (while Dad paid), and met with a "doctor" to complete the process and take an oath to love our Cabbage Patch Kid forever. On the way back to our mountain retreat we stopped for a bite to eat at Connie's in Dahlonega, GA. The town is a fantastic place to stretch your legs, and the food was delicious!
