Saturday Surge - July 3, 2021
Each week, we run across many stories that we’d love to share, but often run out of time to do so. To make sure that you don’t miss out, we round up some of them here for your viewing/reading/listening pleasure on Saturdays.
Surging this week: Vanderhall Motor Works has unveiled their second EV (after the Edison three-wheeler), and its called the Brawley. Tesla CEO Elon Musk says the Cybertruck will have 4 wheel steering for advanced off-road maneuvers. Yesterday, Tesla turned 18. Thursday, July 8, Stellantis is having an “EV Day” to announce their future electric vehicle plans. Cars.com has revealed the results of their annual American-Made index, and the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y are ranked 1 and 3 as the most American made cars on sale in the US. Awesome! And finally, MotorTrend has gone off-roading in an “electric” Ford Bronco by Traxxas. Enjoy!
