2011 Tesla Roadster Sport R80 3.0 on Bring A Trailer

If I were in the market for a first generation Tesla Roadster, this is exactly the specification that I would want. Sport package, with the later model years better interior and, I think, better looking front end. It also has the optional carbon fiber hardtop and the R80 battery upgrade. With the R80 pack upgrade, these are estimated to go 340 miles on a charge. Sadly, they are unable to make use of the Tesla Supercharger network, but I’m sure I could manage just fine on J1772 plugs. I should mention that it has a rebuilt title, due to a previous accident. The battery pack upgrade was performed post-accident, so I’m not sure how extensive the damage was. If nothing else, maybe the title will keep the price down, and it should mean that the next owner needn’t be afraid to pile on the miles.

At the time of writing, the bid is at $69,420 USD, with no reserve. All photos are courtesy of BringaTrailer.com.
