World Car of the Year Awards - 2021
The VW ID.4 has won the title of “World Car of the Year” for 2021! It wasn’t the only EV with a win today, the Honda e took home the award for “Urban Car of the Year” as well. This isn’t the first time that an EV has won World Car of the Year, the Volkswagen ID.4 is preceded in its win by the Jaguar I-Pace and Nissan Leaf. Nice to see the car journalists of the world recognizing the greatness of emissions free vehicles.
‘The Volkswagen ID.4 has been named “World Car of the Year 2021,” prevailing over strong global competition. The World Car Awards are presented by more than 90 international automotive journalists from 24 countries, who vote on the best innovations on the world market.
