Feb 4 Volkswagen ID.6 X Leaks on Reddit

Pictures of Volkswagen’s upcoming three row crossover ID.6 X have leaked on Reddit. The ID.6 was previewed by the I.D. Roomzz concept. It appears to have lost that concept’s sliding rear doors in its transition to production, in addition to gaining smaller wheels. The leak looks like it may have come from the same Chinese source that gave us our first peak at the production VW ID.4 last year. I doubt that the version that we get in the US will be wildly different than what we see here, and I have to say, I like it. It’s got a bit of generic crossover blandness about it, but that seems to be what mainstream shoppers like, so it should sell well. I especially like the contrasting roof treatment shown on the dark gray version in the pictures below. What do you think?
