Saturday Surge - February 20, 2021

Surging this week: Watch the head of Porsche take a spin in a Taycan Cross Turismo (wagon) prototype. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by the sudden cold snap in Texas and the surrounding areas. The base versions of the Tesla Model 3 and Y just got cheaper. MotorWeek tests the Polestar 2. Ford plans to be EV only in Europe by 2030. Sticking with Ford, they have a new spin on leasing for the Mustang Mach E. The Updated Tesla Model S has been spotted in the wild with a normal shape steering wheel. Extreme E has loaded up the RMS St. Helena and is on its way to the first ever FIA Extreme E Race! It looks like the Mercedes-Benz EQC won’t be coming to the US after all. And finally, the GMC Hummer EV has been spotted amongst other cars, and it looks ginormous! Enjoy!
