Saturday Surge - November 6, 2021

Each week, we run across many stories that we’d love to share, but often run out of time to do so. To make sure that you don’t miss out, we round up some of them here for your viewing/reading/listening pleasure on Saturdays.

Surging this week: Yesterday, the Tesla Model 3 and Model Y got a $1,000 increase. Not that it matters, if you order now it will be up to 11 months before yours arrives, plenty of time to save the extra dough. This pushes a Model Y Long Range with the tow hitched third tow to $62,000 USD. Ouch. Toyota and two oil companies are the top three organizations lobbying against climate change. Sadly, I am not surprised and stunned all at the same time. Green Car Reports has a go in the Volvo C40 Recharge. And finally, Car and Driver used a mountain to recharge a Porsche Taycan 4S battery. I want to give that a try!
