Between last weeks revelation that Toyota lobbies against climate change harder than some oil companies, and now this refusal to commit to a climate pledge, my fears have been confirmed. Ready for more bad news? Tesla just increased the price of the Model Y by another $1,000 USD. That’s the second $1K increase in the last 8 days, and means that after destination charge, the cheapest Model Y you can get in the states is now over $60,000 USD before options.
