Chicago 2020 - Audi

Audi had two e-tron’s at this year’s Chicago Auto Show. Both were painted white, lol. The first is on display on a small riser on the Audi stand on the South Floor of McCormick Place. The second was in the Grand Ballroom for the Economic Club of Chicago lunch, with guest speaker Cody Thacker, Head of Electrification for Audi of America. Cody’s speech has excellent, and if I can find it on YouTube, I will be sure to post it. Audi’s commitment to EVs was less than apparent when visiting their display. The vehicle on the show floor isn’t open to the public, and none of Audi’s upcoming EVs were present. No e-tron Sportback, no Q5 PHEV, and no A8 PHEV. It’s rather disappointing considering the tone of their recent Super Bowl commercial with Maisie Williams.
