Citroen Ami on The Late Brake Show

This is not the first time I have brought you news of the Citroen Ami, and it won’t be the last. I love this little car! And despite the fact that I can not imagine ever seeing one in the US, if it were to go on sale here, I would have one in a minute. Two seats, 26 mph top speed, 43 miles of range per charge. Charges up in 3.5 hours on a standard 110 volt plug. All that for the equivalent of $8,000 USD. It’s not practical, and would need to be able to hit at least 30 mph for me to drive it to my day job. I’ll never own one, but I can lust from afar. Maybe I can rent one if I ever get to Paris… Until then, watch as Jonny Smith drives one on The Late Brake Show. Enjoy!
