Pikes Peak International Hill Climb 2019
Cory West rode the Zero Motorcycles SR/F up the 12.5 mile course, tackling some 156 corners along the way, and managed to finish in 10 minutes and 46 seconds. That makes him the 9th fastest overall, and 5th fastest in the heavyweight bike class. The fastest electric bike ever up the mountain is still the Lightning Motorcycles LS-218 from 2013, completing the course in just over 10 minutes, and winning the event out right that year. The first all-electric vehicle to do so. Congrats to Cory on a great showing! Enjoy his interview and POV of his race below.
