I’ve owned both a 2014 and a 2017 Chevrolet Volt, and have thoroughly enjoyed both of them. I had hoped to replace my 2017, who’s lease is up this summer, with a 2019. The last Chevrolet Volt has rolled off of the Hamtramck assembly line, so I will have to wait and see if there are any available when the time comes. There has been a rumor that the Volt name may reappear on a PHEV crossover at some point int he future. In the meantime, I decide to delve into the depths of YouTube on a search for Chevrolet Volt Commercials. I found quite a few, and I am struck by the back and forth of the messaging. I have heard the Volt described as a great car that Chevrolet never quite figured out how to market. After watching 20 or so commercials, I have to agree. I’m including the ones that I liked best, and they all 3 Volts, the concept, the original, and the second generation. Enjoy!
