In honor of the new Renualt Espace announced at the Paris motor show this week, we give you the 1995 Renault Espace F1. Its a minivan, with a formula 1 car chassis, and V10. Equally likely to be spotted on the streets of the US as the new crossover (why do manufacturers hate the word "minivan") of the same name. In 1995, Renault displayed a show car called the Espace F1, which was created by Matra to celebrate both the 10th anniversary of the Espace and Renault's involvement in Formula One racing. Though it resembled an Espace with substantial bodywork changes, the vehicle had more in common with a Formula One car.
