Last month, "Nightline" on ABC aired a piece summarizing an Australian study that shows children are 12% more distracting to a driver than a cell phone. If you're reading this blog, this is hardly a revelation. The piece does recommend a few rules for the road that may be of benefit if you haven't already instituted them at your house.
