Taco Pizza

Ingredients:

1 lb Ground Turkey

Low Sodium Taco Seasoning

2 Thin Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Low-Fat Refried Beans

Black Olives

Shredded Cheese

Lettuce

Tomato

Directions:

Makes 2 Pizzas

1. Heat Oven to 425 degrees.

2. Brown ground turkey, drain, add taco seasoning and 3/4 cup water.

3. Warm refried beans to make easier to spread on crust. Spoon turkey and sliced olives over beans. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

5. Top with shredded lettuce and diced tomato before serving.
